What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to reach us about it.
In short
This site sets no cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you. The only personal data we keep is what you send us, by email or through a form, and we use it to answer you.

The contact form and the checklist form open your email app with your message ready to send: what you send arrives as an ordinary email. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the ones above.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers needed to run the site and the email:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosting, security, visit statistics, and reception of email sent to hello@.
- Google (Google Fonts) — your browser downloads the site’s typefaces from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
With your agreement, and only for your engagement, we may share project information with the lawyers, notaries, architects or contractors working on it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Latitude also works from the United Arab Emirates and Southeast Asia, so your messages may be read from there; they remain stored with the providers above.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@latitude-development.com; we answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies
None. The site stores nothing on your device: no cookies, no advertising pixels, no social media buttons or embedded videos. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. If that changes, this page will say so first.
