What Latitude does

Latitude provides advisory services in real estate and urban development: opportunity reviews, market and feasibility studies, development strategy, masterplan direction and urban design, and support through to delivery on projects in Southeast Asia.

Latitude is not a real estate agent or broker. It holds no professional card under the French Hoguet Act (loi n° 70-9 du 2 janvier 1970), does not sell, let or negotiate property on behalf of others, and takes no fee from anyone selling land.

Latitude does not give legal, tax or financial investment advice. Contract reviews (construction contracts, structuring agreements) are technical and economic readings, not legal opinions. Where a project needs legal or tax advice, it is given by independent lawyers, notaries or advisers engaged by the client, whom Latitude can coordinate.

Content

Case studies, figures and notes describe past projects and observations, for information only. They are not an offer, a forecast or a guarantee of return. Clients are referred to by their initials to protect their privacy.

The French projects shown in the references were carried out by Antoine Sailly while employed by HECTARE (2016–2023). They are presented as his professional experience, not as Latitude engagements.

Intellectual property

The texts, layout and drawings on this site belong to Antoine Sailly unless stated otherwise. Project photographs and plans remain the property of their authors or project owners. Nothing on this site may be reproduced without written permission.

Consumer mediation

If you are a consumer, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge (French Consumer Code, art. L.611-1 and following). Latitude is in the process of joining a mediator approved by the French Commission for the evaluation and control of consumer mediation (CECMC); its details will be published here as soon as membership is effective. Until then, write to hello@latitude-development.com. The list of approved mediators is published on economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
